How it Works?

1. Log in to your account. (Refer to images below)
2. Add your pickup address and preferred payment method.
3. Optional: Take photos of items and add special care instructions if needed.
4. Choose a pickup date. We collect bags on scheduled route days every week.
5. Submit the order.

Step 2: Prepare items for Pickup

1. Place garments in the provided bag (or any bag for your first pickup).
2. If you’re in a building: Fill out the Customer Kit Card and leave the bag in the building’s designated pickup area (front desk, locker, or vestibule).
3. If you’re at home: Leave bag at your chosen pickup spot with the note of your name & phone number inside (front door, front porch, etc.).
4. Add Driver notes to your order if needed (e.g., “Pick up at back door,” “Watch for dog,” “Leave at concierge”).
5. We will collect the bag on the scheduled route days.

-Norterra Cleaners: Tuesday & Friday

Before your first pickup:
- Create an Account Online and make an Order.
- Place the Clothes inside any bag along a Note with your Name and Phone number for pickup.
- We will return the items in our branded Garment Bag with a Door Hook on delivery with Customer info card.

Step 3: Delivery

1. We deliver cleaned items back to Your Pickup Location.
2. You’ll receive a Notification when delivery is on the way.
3. Your first delivery includes a complimentary Garment bag with an Customer ID tag & Door hook for future use.

Standard Dry Cleaning: 3 business days (Eg:Monday Pickup & Thursday Drop-off vice versa)
Laundry Subscriptions: 3 days
Laundry by the Pound: 3 business days
Household Items (bedding, linens): 7 business days
Alterations: 7 business days

Free Pickup & Delivery when your order is 10+ pieces or $50+.
We provide a door hook and a garment bag for convenience.
